- Enter the arena at a trot.
- Trot to the far end and turn to the left and reverse at the trot.
- Continue trotting until you return to the far end.
- Come to a walk, demonstrate some ability to walk.
- Pick up the right lead and canter to the in-gate.
- Come to a walk and demonstrate some ability to walk.
- Reverse and canter the left lead to the far end.
- At the far end, break down to a trot and exit the arena.
